G.L.O.W. is a non-profit, volunteer, organization for Christian women. The organization was founded by Pastor Janiece Lucas in February 2022. G.L.O.W. evolved as Pastor Janiece realized that the vision that God placed in her heart was too much for one person to handle. This prompted her to organize Grateful Women of Worship (G.L.O.W.) to bring women of like minded faith to collaborate and serve our communities. These efforts have expanded internationally, as GLOW has also founded, El Bethel Junior School in Uganda. Through our fundraising efforts, we have been able to educate young ladies, provide meals, and uniforms.

Our continued focus is to support women’s causes, I.E., college assistance, baby supplies for single mothers, help to newly released female prisoners, international philanthropic efforts, adopt-a-family, and more. Proceeds from G.L.O.W. events entirely fund these efforts.
